AKSIUM ASSESSMENT
This testing is designed to identify if the position you are applying for will be a good fit for you.
So, what do you need to start?
Minimum – desire to obtain an interesting and rewarding position in a reputable company.
Maximum – one hour of your time (you will have 60 min to finish the testing). Please note, that you will not be able to stop or pause the session).
Working on the test, make sure to reflect your personal opinion. Answers should be quick and spontaneous. Don’t spend much time trying to visualize the situation.
You can assign points in different ways, but the total in each pair of answers has to equal 5.
When you completely agree with one of the statements in a pair, you can give it 5 points and assign 0 to the other one.
Here are the examples of possible combination within a pair of answers:
5 – 0, 4 – 1, 3 – 2, 2 – 3, 1 – 4, 0 – 5
